Refund policy

At CoffeeMachineLLC, we stand behind the quality of our machines and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase

  • Be returned in resalable condition

Used or installed equipment cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization confirmation

  • Instructions for shipping

  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@coffeemachinellc.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or special-order machines

  • Items that have been used or installed

  • Consumables (e.g. coffee, cleaning products)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out before placing your order.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
