At Coffee Machine Llc, we stand behind the quality of our machines and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase
- Be returned in resalable condition
Used or installed equipment cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@coffeemachinellc.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or special-order machines
- Items that have been used or installed
- Consumables (e.g. coffee, cleaning products)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
